We do have a few requests:
1. You are reserving a 3:30-5:30PM time slot: PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THESE TIME CONSTRAINTS, especially closing. You and your clients must be off the farm by 5:30pm-we are already letting you have an half hour after closing at the farm....we are ready to go home at 5:30 after a long day!
2. DO NOT INTERFERE WITH OR BLOCK OFF areas of our farm to our other guests. The farm will be open to the public and other photographers while you are here and we ask you to respect them and their experience.
3. LIMIT PROPS to what you can easily carry.
4. No boudoir, nude or otherwise inappropriately themed photoshoots
5. Wear your photography pass lanyard (that we give you when you check in) at all times when taking photos.
6. Please tag us on all social media posts of pictures you took on our farm.
7. If you get the chance to take any landscape shots of the farm while you are here, please do.....and share them with us! We reserve the right to use any photos you share with us in our marketing material for the farm.
8. Please limit the amount of back and forth communication we have about your photoshoot and do not make special requests. We are VERY busy this time of year and our time is limited. Simply sign up and do your thing, respectfully, during your allotted time slot. Direct any questions through FB messenger as that is the platform we check most during the busy season.
The fee to reserve a 3:30-5:30 time slot is $50 due at the time of reservation. This covers photographing up to 10 people. If you will be photographing more than 10 people during that time, please reserve multiple "groups" on the reservation. Reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
Overall, just be respectful of our farm, our time and our other guests!
