About the event
Caleb will deliver one of his homegrown Berkshire pigs to Park's Meat Locker in Greenfield, IL for you. You will pay Park's Locker Service an additional fee to process the pig you bought from us (approximately $150 for half hog). They will process your pig based on Caleb's standard cut sheet, which includes: Pork Picnic Shoulder Roast, Pork Shoulder Butt Roast, Bone in Rib Chops, Porterhouse Loin Chops, Bacon, Breakfast Sausage, Cured Hocks, Spare Ribs, Leaf Lard
